I'm sharing again my experience of credit card fraud at this store. Two of us dined and split the bill, but both charges were processed on my credit card. At that time, both of us signed on separate receipts. When I contacted the bank and asked the merchant to check their records, they only showed the receipt I signed, did not show the other receipt, and refused to cooperate.

I suspect the store had actually already discovered the problem, because the signatures on the two receipts were different, but they showed the only receipt that matched the card information.

I want to remind everyone dining at this store to be extremely careful with payment issues.

However, my main concern arises from a significant billing error that occurred at checkout.
