For about 800 yen, my fiance and I got a pretty decent breakfast. We were sat immediately and had the whole place to ourselves. This was actually our second time trying to eat here, the hours seem very inconsistent. It is a really nice place with a pretty simple menu. You order a drink from a long list, then select what meal plan you want. The best thing out of everything we got was the chilled milk tea. Sadly, the portions are pretty small, even for Japan. The food did taste really good though. We wanted to sit a bit longer to chat and enjoy our tea, but then the owner started smoking, so we left pretty quickly after the smell hit us. If there had been more food, or it had been a bit cheaper, or even if the owner didn't start smoking, I think this place would for sure get a fourth star.

The vibes here are immaculate. If you are looking for a cafe to have a strong coffee, a snack, and a smoke, this is your place. Any lower star reviews here are from people who don't smoke or don't appreciate the curation of this vibe. Jazz, coffee, sando, cigarettes: my type...
