I had breakfast with my family for 4 days as I stayed at the hotel upstairs. The service was fair in the first 3 days i.e. at least up to the standard of a hotel's complementary breakfast. Sadly I had the worst experience ever in the last day.
In the previous days I used to take the breakfast tickets to the cashier and got the utensils from the staff while my family members would choose a table and wait for me. No one objected about this arrangement. However in the last day when I was queuing up for handing over the tickets and my family to was trying to get a seat, a middle aged female staff kept stopping them rudely in Japanese which we do not understand. But the staff pulled a long face and brought our utensils to her designated table (which is not their practice) and throw the utensils on it! That's absolutely insulting to us given I already apologized.
I once think I was treated badly only because I did not understand their instructions, but from others' comments here it seems I am not the only one suffered. I recommend all of you to reconsider before buying anything...
