Stayed for 4 days around end Dec.

The room was more spacious than the other hotels I stayed at. We had 3 big luggages and a small one and they all fit with enough space to leave one open for packing. The only downside is that the toilet is quite small and they don’t provide some of the usual expected amenities (like bottled water, packet coffee/tea) but since they’re a new hotel the latter part is understandable.

The service was 11/10. All the staff were really friendly and helpful and they greet you every time you leave and return. They even let us borrow their vacuum to suction our vacuum bag. The hotel also has a microwave and coin washing machine and dryer for guests to use.

Hotel’s location is also great if you plan to go shopping. It’s right beside Osaka’s den den town and about a 10 minute walk from Namba station and the shopping malls. Kuromon market is also within walking distance. We spent 3 of our 4 days there just shopping in the vicinity lol.

Overall it was a great stay and would definitely stay again...
