12時半、フレンチトースト食べたくて、入店した。レジでは注文は2時までできないということで、ランチセットを注文。後で追加でトースト注文できると思ってた。 3時、フレンチトーストをレジで注文する。イトインということで、ドリンク注文しないとと言われる。もう昼のセットで注文するしたんだけど、、、と言っても、また注文しないといけない。本当にフレンチトーストしかいらない、ドリンクはいらないけど、セットを注文する。

不満溜まって、マネージャーと話す。お詫びたけ。基本的、1オーダー、1ドリンクです。ランチとフレンチトースト一緒に注文するできたんだったら、1ドリンクOK。

そんなんだったら、もっとはっきりメニュー、壁など、注文時に案内しなさい!!!!　😬😬😬😬😬

12:30 PM, I came for French toast. It was not yet available when I asked, so I ordered a lunch set with drink. I know you have to order a drink to eat in, so that's why I ordered a drink. 3:00 PM, I go to place my order for French toast. I'm told I have to order a drink to eat in. I explain I already had a drink with my lunch set, but am told I need to order a drink again. I place my order, but not happy to buy another drink as I just want French toast.

I talk to the manager. She apologizes that the staff didn't tell me, that's it. If I had order all the items as once, I wouldn't have to buy another drink. This wasn't made clear to me beforehand, and I let her know I am not happy. The manager simply apologizes. Nothing more.

I wouldn't have eaten lunch if I knew. I am seriously disapointed and I wish I didn't eat here. No other cafe has this...

Their coffee is burnt and bitter. I've gone several times because it's the only place to get an Americano around the station, but absolutely not worth 500 yen(!). Currently drinking the last one I'll ever have and cringing at burnt plastic taste that's somehow snuck in.

That said, it's a pretty place and they do do a good Croque Monsieur. Worth the money? Not if you also get a...

We are staying at the hotel next door and come here every day for breakfast. Coffee and food are great! They have oat milk for those who can’t or don’t want to have normal milk. So far we have tried the croissant, croque madame, ham and cheese panini and everything was delicious. The honey toast with sliced almonds on top is amazing!...
