Best word for this place is “mediocre”. We visited in a larger group and ordered a few side dishes as starters (the place does not have a dedicated started menu). Some were better than others. Roast beef stood out as the worst: over cooked low quality meat. Additionally, we asked for some bread on the side and we were told it’s not on the menu. After some discussion with the staff we were able to get some though. I had a steak as a main dish and I was not asked how it should be cooked. It came well done, together with cheap quality fries. We had been in Japan for a week by then and it was tough to find anyone who could communicate in full English sentences (made us wish we knew Japanese). Our waitress here was more than just an English speaker, she was very attentive to my girlfriend's need for Gluten-Free food.
