Ichiyoshi — Restaurant in Osaka

Oh, this is simply the most vivid impression of Osaka. No, really, I don’t know why, but this is the place with which I will now associate Japan. Absolutely great hosts, attentive and touching, accommodating and polite. The food is simple but so delicious that it is definitely seasoned with love and care for each visitor. The only thing I regret is that I live in another country and I can no longer eat their food for dinner. I have been there twice, I would have been there more often, but I found them just before leaving. I wish happiness, luck and prosperity to this place. And I hope that I can return here someday, I will definitely remember this place all...

It's been about three years ago, but it's been a while since I passed by this restaurant and I remembered it, so I thought I'd give a review now. It seems that I forgot to put something in my ramen, and a man who looked like the manager apologized to me. I couldn't quite catch what he had forgotten to put in, and it was too much trouble to ask him back, so I don't even know what it was, but he was sincere in his apology, so I didn't feel bad at all. 土曜日の昼時に界隈を歩いていて見つけたこちらのお店、食べログで見たらわりと地域の中華居酒屋？みたいな感じでしたが、お外のランチメニューでラーメンと半チャーハンのセットといういかにもランチなメニューに惹かれて入りました。

もちろん注文したのはラーメンに半チャーハンがついたBセット。 入店するも中には3組くらいのお客さんがいましたが、わりと提供が速くて助かりました。

まず出てきたラーメンのスープを頂くと、旨い！ あれれ、このラーメン美味しいぞう。と思いながらスープの頂いて危うく先にスープを飲み干してしまいそうになるくらい美味しいのですが、ここは我慢して麺も頂きます。 麺はこの手のお店によくある中華麺ではありますが、スープを良く絡めてきます。 このスープを適度に纏った麺もなかなか良い塩梅です。 具材のチャーシューも厚みもしっかりしていて、肉を食べていると言うしっかりと感じるタイプで、バラチャーシューは脂のノリも良くてしっかりした食べ応えが一杯の満足度を高めます。

そして、セットの半チャーハンはわりと普通な家庭的なタイプです。 やや、パラっとしないしっとりタイプですのでこれだけを目的にと言う感じはなさそうな雰囲気でした。 しかし、量が半とは言えお茶碗一杯半くらいはありそうですのでボリュームあります。 最近は鳥なんちゃらとか、なんとかブラックみたいな流行りのタイプが増えてますけど、私はやはりとんこつベースのラーメンが好きなので、こう言うコンサバなとんこつラーメンが食べたいと思うことが多いので、...
