love the beef sashimi here, both the slices and yukke were very tender and fresh, nothing bloody. then the second best was the thick cut ox tongue (to be grilled! not to eat in raw!), again it's very tender and juicy. they've also got some ox organs but definitely not my cup of tea. all of the grill plate could be chosen from sauce based or salt based. personally i think the sauce is far too heavy which covered the freshness of the meat. i picked salt based most of the time. overall the beef quality here was very good.

but i think they must work on the ventilation system. it's so choking and greasy inside the shop and made us feel really unpleasant. went back and washed all over the body with twice the amount of shampoo...

☆ ☆ ☆分數都給肉了 ☆ ☆ ☆ 肉很好吃，絕對值這個價格(牛舌、里肌)。 單人用餐不友善，店家沒有環境(沒有吧檯)、沒有態度(用餐晚了20分鐘，也沒說明)。 很難想像是tabelog百名店，評論低分的缺點幾乎都沒改善。

※ 訂20:00，19:30就進門報到，店員很友善的幫我開外面的暖氣這點有加分，但20:00後陸續進去用餐最少3組，就獨留我一人在門口，用日文"すみません"詢問只回了一個字"WAIT"......我可以理解店員可能不懂中文或英文，但起碼可以用日文解釋看看展現態度，我聽不懂那我自己理虧。20:20入店後被分配到一個用布簾隔開的桌子，看到這我就知道為什麼等這麼久了。

A. 建議不要"一個人"來，他們預約、現場排的人都很多，單人就是等上一個單人位，不會提前幫你預留座位。 B. 建議"万両 天神橋店"不要提供單人預約，你們沒有那個態度和能力服務"一個人"。

The meat is absolutely delicious and well worth the price. タンand イチボロース is so impressive. But the service is not good enough.

After entering, there was no guide to explain how to order food. Search menu from the table myself and review for a while. Push the Button call for order.....again, twice more.....nothing happened!! The waiter is cleaning the table that the customer have left!? Why not come to me first? This happened to another guys next to me.

The food is served very quickly.And the waiter is polite (probably senior or manager)

But why......08:00 pm booking that I arrived 30 minutes early but entered 20 minutes late. Actually I don't expect to be able to go in earlier, a delay of 5-10 minutes is fine. Or every customer is waiting equally. But the fact is every customer got in before me.(Including After 8:00 PM)

So? Did they book earlier than me (08:00 PM)? That means they are all late. I don't trust. So? Are the single seats not ready? That means my booking (3 weeks ago) failed. No arrangement were made and I need to wait for the last "single" customer to leave.

None of the above is important.

The most depressive thing is that I asked the front door waiter how long I had to wait. She just said "WAIT". That was the only word i heard after waiting for 20 minutes (total 50 min). I just hope to know a approximate waiting time. Choose to eat...

Don’t be fooled by its average Japanese looking shop front. This restaurant is a hidden jewel of the city! The quality of beef it’s serving is beyond words can describe, and I basically repeated whatever I had in he first run.
