Minmin's Commitment
Gyoza: Minmin's gyoza are expertly pan-fried to perfection. The skins are chewy, and the fillings are juicy. They are all handmade and served fresh.
Oil: We use special roasted sesame oil. This oil enhances the flavor of the ingredients and adds a rich depth to our dishes. It is suitable for various cooking methods, including frying and stir-frying.
Noodles: Minmin's noodles are completely homemade egg noodles. They are made from carefully selected eggs and flour, using our unique method. These noodles boast a smooth and firm texture.
Broth: Our 100% chicken paitan (white broth) soup is made by carefully simmering chicken bones to extract the rich umami. This thick broth enhances the flavor of our dishes.
Rice: We use 100% high-quality Niigata Koshihikari rice. This rice is characterized by its uniform grains, sweetness, and stickiness. It pairs perfectly with our dishes.
Vegetables: We are committed to using fresh vegetables. We use onions from Awaji Island, garlic from Aomori Prefecture, and cabbage from our contracted farmers. All vegetables are freshly prepared, not pre-cut, and we use seasonal vegetables to ensure the best flavor, expertly cooked by our veteran chefs.

Read moreI came to this location for its history, hoping we would have a nice evening out with some delicious gyoza from a legendary old Osaka establishment. It was my first experience with Minmin. Unfortunately, rather than being seated in the lively ground level dining area, we were directed up to the second floor dining room, which was mostly empty on a Saturday night in July, except for the staff standing around. Service was flat and cold, and the gyoza was ready suspiciously quickly, as if it had been sitting around for a while. As things are now, I won't...

But at the end the meals...
