Today we walked for 30 minutes to enjoy a Matcha at this place, which was advertised as closing at 22:00.

However, when we arrived at 21:25, an employee informed us that they were already closed, despite there being customers inside still enjoying their food.

It is misleading and inconvenient. If the service hours differ from the closing time, this should be clearly stated in your information. Please consider the customer's perspective and ensure accurate communication.

This was a terrible experience and is a recurring issue...

My wife and I are chinese and from Canada..Our parfait came in a cup. They said alot of people ordered parfait today so they don't have any available glasses. Meanwhile a Japanese group came in and sat next to our table and their parfait came in proper glasses. Perhaps none were available at the time? Who knows...in any case we felt excluded.

Another couple came in and sat to our left and theirs came in a proper glass as well.

This is my second time eating at this establishment and it was definitely a delicious experience. I ordered the standard matcha parfait with the addition of hot genmaicha as my drink. The parfait housed many fun layers of equally yummy treats, ranging from mochi to matcha jelly. The hot genmaicha tea was also of a good quality as it complemented the parfait well. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is after a delectable...
