Made a reservation to make sure we got a sit down table, but then was told they had no other tables and put at a low table spot. Asked if we could change spots when we noticed 3 open spots minutes later, but was told the other tables were already reserved. Even though we had also reserved a sit down table and arrived at our reservation time. Food was decent, but also brought out after long intervals. About 10 minutes between some appetizers while the chicken came out quickly. I figured it was because they were busy, but ordering dessert was another issue. We ordered 3 desserts and all but 1 dessert had arrived shortly after ordering. We waited 20 minutes with no one told us why the last one was taking so long, so we asked them 3 times (5 minutes between each time we asked). They ran out of batter, so it makes sense, but to not let us know for over 30 minutes after having asked many times is definitely a...

Our groups first dining experience in Osaka this trip and what a fantastic experience it was!

All the staff are super friendly and helpful. The menus have English so was really easy to order by pointing at each thing.

Inside is very comfortable, plenty of space so you don't feel like you're imposing on other guests.

The pepper chicken wings are next level good, the beer is cold and everything we tried on the menu was delicious and served quickly.
