Went there after seeing several reviews via Google map but not relatable since most of them are google auto translated. So here is an authentic review from a foodie.

Service would be okay if you are Chinese. Otherwise, they just point you where to sit and ask from far what kind of soup base you want, shouting.
Soup base is clear bone broth and spicy which they just add one spoon of Mala sauce. It was really plain even I ask for spicy.
For the meat, you have to order every time you want. They offer plate-full of thin slices meat. Beef was okay. But lamb, it was smelly.
Beef intestines were also smelly. I add them into the soup and color was changed to darker.
I thought shrimp were fresh so I took some form the shelve and I was plain and has no taste. Even the head has no flavor or whatsoever. Crab was quite okay.
I tried two side dishes. Roasted duck and pan fried vegetable. Both of them we’re sitting too long on the side and had gooey taste. Soy sauce marinated pork feet were dried as rock.
You can create your own sauce if you know what you are putting inside your sauce bowl. There was no label or anything. The only way to know is sniff or taste out of the big bowl.
I paid 3367¥ with tax and drink. Quite expensive for my experience.
Not worth it.
Will never go again.
I do recommend if you want new experiences but keep your...

Tip for non-Chinese/Japanese speakers: You can order with simple English words. First, choose your hot pot soup from spicy / non-spicy, then meat from beef, pork, and lamb. They offer 2 unlimited drink options (soft drinks / alcohol) but just free water is fine. Everything is self-service except hot pot soup, meat, and alcohol. You need to ask the staff for refills of these 3. If it's your first hot pot experience I suggest that you search how to make a hot pot dipping sauce in...
Read moreI had lunch here today and I will echo what a lot of people said. Service is pretty much nonexistent, I had to walk into the back to get the attention of someone to help me. Broth was pretty flavorless. 2,859 yen for all you can eat, which wouldn’t be bad, if the quality was a bit better. It did appear as though there was only one lady working, and she was very nice when I did speak with her to sit...
