We booked this hotel for 5 nights. At reception, we were told that rooms are only cleaned after 8 DAYS…yes, you read that right, 8 DAYS. The sunrise is quite early, around 4:45 AM, so if you’re not an early riser, you will hate the brightness that comes through the window that early.|• The desk and chair are small. If you need to work on your laptop, the space is quite cramped, and the chair has no back support—just a base to sit on.|• There’s a kettle for boiling water, but not a single tea bag, coffee, or sugar is provided (these options are available at any other hotel). Clearly, this is not an option at Sarasa Hotel.||Toilet:|• It smells like it hasn’t been cleaned, and as you can see in the attached pictures, hygiene is not a priority.|• The towels were "clean," but we found hairs on them.||Security: The WiFi connection is open and does not have a password. This is a major security risk. Any malicious person or group could hack the network and access your data if you try to use online banking or other cloud services. If you care about your online security, don’t use it.||One night, I went to a local market to get a lemon to drink with hot water. I went to reception to ask if someone could cut the lemon for me, and the receptionist said he could not because the hotel does not have a knife. Seriously? I immediately pointed to their restaurant and asked how he could say there’s no knife when they have a restaurant. After that, he decided to go to the restaurant and cut the lemon.||Overall, I don’t...
