ネットで予約したのですが、予約後に連絡するように催促され、コールバックしました。店の都合でカウンター席になる連絡でした。

料理 最悪でした。

天満橋 にあるお寿司 が美味しい 居酒屋 「やまのや」に行ってきました。

月コース（7,500円税込）飲み放題（2000円税込） をいただきました。

ビールや酎ハイなどの他に、ワインや日本酒はセルフで 自由に飲むことができます。 お寿司には日本酒が良いですね～。色々飲みました(^^)

プロっコリーと菜の花の流しさやえんどううと桜海老のロースト

とても濃厚な桜エビの風味が最高です。

お造り盛り合わせ（鰹、鰤、すずき）

氷山の様な氷の器に盛られていてとても豪華です。 とても新鮮で特にすずきが濃厚でとても美味しかったです。

茶碗蒸し

鰻や筍、シイタケなどが沢山入った茶碗蒸しで いくらと一緒に食べるとプチプチ食感が最高です。

桜鯛のあられ揚げ春キャベツのピューレと彩り野菜のピクルス

あげた鯛はホクホクでさわやかな野菜の ピューレとピクルスを絡めて食べると美味しいです。

鰤カツサンド

ペタンこにした食パンと海苔巻きの鰤カツサンドです。 パンに海苔を巻いて食べたの初めてですが合いますね。

イカの柑橘漬け

鰹出汁がよく効いたイカに柑橘の風味が最高です。
