The grill beef they claimed was wagyu, it was super chewy, undercooked, even I told the waitress about it, after slight cooking the meat again, it’s still so chewy, therefore I only order 1 round of grill beef. The Aburi wagyu beef sushi doesn’t look like their instagram video at all, I took a picture of it. Only raw oyster and beef tongue tataki is good. Each person $8980 yen for ayce was way too overpriced. I can simply spend the same amount on a la carte for much better quality of wagyu. Also very disappointed with their service, the waiter who served at the entrance was impatient the whole time, only the female waitress attitude was good. Wasting time to communicate with the staffs because they emphasised that they don’t know English that caused us being charged more money for ‘excess time’. This is a drinking place not a restaurant do be aware. The meat was mostly good. Tongue was very chewy. The sides were not as advertised, no anchovy in the cabbage no truffle oil in the potato.
