Nakago is a ramen shop located at 〒107-0052 Tokyo, Minato City, Akasaka, 3 Chome−16−3 1F Japan. This is a tiny ramen shop located in Akasaka area - very close to Akasaka-Mitsuke Subway Station. They open everyday from 11:00-22:30 so you can enjoy their ramen anytime from the lunch till late evening. At the lunch time, please accept the queue in front of the restaurant but it's worth to wait because the ramen taste is fantastic at reasonable price (starting from 900 J.Yen). You have to purchase the ticket for your order from the ticket machine just back side of the door. Foreigner may be a bit trouble because this local ramen shop doesn't provide the English menu, however you may use translation app on your smart phone...

We were headed back to our hotel after a long day on our feet and looking for some comfort soup. We happened upon this restaurant based on Google reviews and didn’t expect much. But we were pleasantly surprised. A very small quaint Ramen restaurant with prices that were slightly less than the neighboring area. They really pride themselves on the presentation. It was the first time I had seen anyone comb the noodles. You could tell that the workers took pride and what they were doing. It was a little salty, but after a long day of walking, it hit the spot. Delicious umami ramen and warm ambience. I ordered the signature clear pork bone ramen (pictured) while my partner got the pork back fat shoyu, and we ended up exchanging bowls because I loved the creaminess and richness of the pork back fat broth!

Both however are delicious and if you prefer a light and clean tasting pork broth, have the signature ramen.

The noodles are firm, crunchy and springy all at the same time, and the flavour of the pork broth is unforgettable.. it's a very tasty soup, and the garnishing adds a subtle...
