The restaurant was very clean, spacious, and comfortable with wide aisles.The oil soba I ordered was light and I could eat it easily.When I ordered a regular serving, the owner kindly told me that he would make it 1.5 times larger for free.The owner was very friendly and attentive.

In front of the counter were toppings such as ninjin, red ginger, and onion, allowing us to customize our order as we liked.In addition, a variety of seasonings were available, allowing us to enjoy changing the flavor.Not only did we enjoy the food, but we had a good time.

Drinks were also available, with detox water, rooibos tea, and black oolong tea offered as free drinks.These drinks went well with the oil soba and made the meal even more enjoyable.

All in all, it was a very satisfying dining experience.It was one of the restaurants I would like...

The (soup-less) ramen was some of the best ramen I've ever had. 10/10 all around. (YOU HAVE TO GET THE EGG YOLK)

The soup-less ramen with raw egg yolk was such a unique experience. I've never had that before. The pork chashu was absolutely phenomenal. The noodles themselves were unbelievably delicious. The egg yolk made the noodles taste even better.

The staff was so kind and helpful. (I speak Japanese but my family only speak English and the staff was courteous to my family).

Next time I'm in the area, I'm 100% coming back.

Do NOT skip this ramen if you're looking for ramen to eat.

  1. the place accepts credit card (Not really obvious) and the machine does have English version
  2. the place is known for the dry ramen
  3. soup is provided separately (for after meal)
  4. the ingredient and soup may be too salty for some ppl but i love it. I can taste all the natural ingredients and no msg-aftertaste which will leave your mouth dry and thirsty.
  5. the noodle is the thicker yellow noodle which is more 'rubbery' than the usual thin ramen noodle

To me, it is delicious!!! And I am glad I accidentally found this shop.
