A fantastic hole in the wall ramen shop. The staff are super friendly with foreigners and are very helpful with ordering on the machine. I would recommend everyone try this shop if you’re in the area! One of the best ramen we’ve ever had! We stayed nearby and ate here multiple times, we were never dissatisfied and always left feeling full...

The ramen were the best i had so far in Japan. The salt broth was perfectly balanced. The oysters were a gem and the meat…soo flavorful.

Also highly appreciate the way it gets served, the decor inside (smells like in a floral shop because of all the wood) and the service was superb.

A cozy and cool spot to escape the heat and eat incredible ramen. The vibe is super welcoming, with beautiful live edge wood everywhere. The pork soy ramen was heavenly-the chashu just melts in your mouth. But everything is fantastic, too-the soft boiled eggs are tasty, and it's great to see delicious vegetarian options...

特製塩らぁめん＋お茶漬け推奨丼。1981年に創業し2021年3月30日に惜しくも閉店となった「赤坂ラーメン」の跡地にできた新店。2021年5月16日オープン。赤坂ラーメンに関しては40年の歴史に幕を閉じてしまったことと、ここ最近足を運んでいなかったので、寂しさと後悔が募る。この新店だが、店内は工事されて明るく木が香る綺麗な空間となった。メインメニューは塩らぁめん（蛤×帆立）、醤油らぁめん（鶏×豚×ポルチーニ茸）、つけめん（親鶏×豚×昆布水）、濃厚醤油らぁめん（親鶏×豚×煮干し）の4種類。非常に悩んだが、今回は特製塩らぁめんとサイドメニューの一つであるお茶漬け推奨丼をいただいた。 スープは蛤と帆立の旨味がしっかり効いており、塩ダレがマイルドな淡麗系。着丼時から貝の香りが心地よく、また出汁がじんわり広がりなかなか美味い！また3種の薬味(柚子胡椒・焦がし入りにんにく・レモン生姜)がついており、どれも個性が強く立派な味変アイテムとなっている。3種一緒に混ぜると味が変になると思うので、一つずつで少しずついただくのがおすすめ。麺は全粒粉入りの細ストレートで村上朝日製麺製で、小麦は春よ恋を使用。茹で加減がやや硬めで、プツッとした歯応えがよくなかなか美味い！具材は豚レアチャーシュー、鶏モモチャーシュー、蛤、材木メンマ、水菜、味玉。特製トッピングは別皿にて提供。豚レアチャーは肉厚薄めのものが数枚で、肉肉しさがあり柔らかくしなやかでなかなか美味い！、鶏モモチャーは肉厚があるものが計3枚ほどで、ふっくらと柔らかな食感でこれまた美味い！蛤は2個で身がプリッとして美味い！材木メンマはシャクッとした繊維と出汁が絶品。水菜は店名どおり特徴的で、緑が彩り良くいい薬味。味玉は黄身がとろりゼリー状のもので美味い！
お茶漬け推奨丼はいわゆるお茶漬けセットだが、ご飯の上に刻み海苔、豚チャーシュー、もずく、わさびなどが入っており、そのままでもなかなか美味い！お茶漬け推奨なので、残りスープをかけていただくとサラサラかつ香り際立つ一杯となりさらに美味い！ 素材を活かした一杯でなかなか美味かったです。醤油、つけめん、濃厚醤油はこれまた違う材料なので、是非いただきたいです。前述通り歴史ある赤坂ラーメンの跡地ですので、いろいろ比較されるかもしれませんが、こちらも長く続いて欲しいと思います。また来たいと思います。

Excellent ramen. Incredibly well-seasoned but light at the same time. The pork is absolutely delicious with the slight char. The seasoned eggs are some of the best that I've ever had. Noodles are nice and chewy, but the broth was a little too salty for me. The owner was super friendly and helpful. Definitely check this place out.
