Aoyama Xiangwei Shibuya — Restaurant in Tokyo

My daughter and her fiends who are young teens ordered noodles in the restaurant. They didn’t realize that the noodles contained with peanuts add they both got a serious peanut allergy after one bite. They told the server that they got a peanut allergy and wanted to cancel the noodles, but the server refused to do it. First the menu never written any ingredients, second is the server didn’t care about two young teens had food allergy. It’s really bad experience for my daughter and her friends in this restaurant. I do not want to give star to this restaurant but I can’t....

Please be aware that if you’re a foreigner you might get charged double. I visited this restaurant with my foreign friends and I guess the store assumed that we cannot speak Japanese. We only ordered 9000yen worth of food but when we were trying to pay for the bill we got charged 23000yen. We were surprised by how expensive the bills were and asked to look at the receipt. Half of the things on the receipt was something we did not order. We told that to the staff and instead of apologizing for making us wait for very long, the guy goes “only this time around, we will fix” as if we are trying to scam them. The WORST customer service and there will definitely not be a next time. The food was very mediocre as well. Nothing stood out from what we ordered.
