Such a fantastic Soba restaurant. Staff and owner chef were so warm and friendly.
What we had: ・SobaGaki ・Buri Daikon - Yamawasabi and Scallop Hitashi - Kuromame Yuba with dried Sea Urchin ・Dashimaki Tamago ・Tempura - Genboku Shiitake mushroom, kagarenkon Lotus, Snapper and Mukago ・Seiro Cold Soba
Soba flower is freshly made from taking off the soba flower shells, milling them, soba cutting in the venue. Al dente with beautiful soba flavour.
Tempura is crispy. Side dishes are beautiful with a subtle flavour. First time had dried Sea Urchin - the more you chew, the more you can taste the flavour. Very good experience.

Towards the end of the meal, they brought out some sort of soup (I think it might be the leftover water from cooking soba) for you to drink. It didn’t have any taste and was bit thick but somehow I loved it.
The restaurant itself was quite small with probably 15 people at its full capacity on the first floor. It seemed to me that they are enforcing social distancing so that further reduced...
