🍣 The Food: A Flavor Journey Beyond Imagination 🍣
Let’s get to the important part—THE FOOD. Every dish here feels like it was made by food magicians who have unlocked the secret to all things delicious. The sizzlers are not just meals; they are experiences. Imagine your taste buds taking a rollercoaster ride through the five essential elements of flavor. Each bite is like a mini firework show—unexpected, intense, and profoundly satisfying.
The sizzlers arrive on a smoking hot plate that makes you feel like you’re about to witness the grand unveiling of something extraordinary. The first bite? Pure bliss. You’re hit with a cascade of flavors—tender meat cooked to perfection, sauces that are more like liquid gold, and the perfect amount of spices that leave you craving more.
Sizzling Chicken Tikka—let’s just say this dish could end world hunger if it ever went viral. A crisp, slightly charred exterior with a tender, juicy interior. Every bite is a celebration of flavors that dance on your tongue in a synchronized symphony. The bold spices kick in just at the right moment, sending your taste buds into an ecstatic frenzy.
Vegetarian Sizzler—yes, even the plant-based dishes here are insane. The paneer is so soft, it practically melts in your mouth. Paired with vibrant veggies and an unholy amount of flavor, it’s like they took the entire vegetarian world and perfected it in one swoop.

Read moreTourists should avoid dining here at night due to the abrasive and unprofessional owner (lady). We experienced no issues at lunch, but during dinner, she insisted we leave our newly purchased 800,000 yen shopping bag (Mid size) outside on a rainy day. While settling the bill, she audibly expressed shock over our lack of a main dish, and I wonder how it pertains to her what we chose to eat, especially since the bill remained substantial due to drinks and other items. Upon payment in cash, I later discovered an overcharge by couple of thousands yen. When I returned for a receipt, the owner had departed, and we were instructed to return the following day. I opted to tell them to keep the excess as a tip. My trip to Japan was remarkable overall, but this experience exposed significant flaws in the owner’s conduct. Avoid this establishment at Night.
Response to owners reply (considering no reply option; pretty smart hey) Dear writer,
I would like to begin with a quote from Brené Brown: “The best apology is changed behavior.” True apologies are demonstrated through actions and require no defense. People will always remember how they felt in an interaction. As Masaaki Imai succinctly puts it, “In the world of business, accountability is key. An apology should focus on resolutions, not emotions.”
In good faith and drawing from our experiences at various Japanese establishments, I did not feel the need to request a receipt due to the trust I had in Japanese culture and first hand experience. Concerning your assertion that I threatened to write a negative review if my money was not returned, it is essential to understand that writing a review is a customer’s right based on their experience. I express my dissatisfaction openly, unlike your employees who seem fearful and overly compliant. Free speech cannot be suppressed.
Your establishment has cameras that record audio; if you can substantiate your claims about my words, I will gladly transfer 50,000 yen to your account with an apology. This situation illustrates how easy it is to allow emotions to cloud the facts.
All I asked your employee was, “Hi, I just had dinner here and lunch earlier and felt the bill was incorrect; could I please have a receipt?” The first employee walked away, telling another to handle my request, which left me feeling disrespected. I did mention that I would write a review based on the interaction, but at no point did I request a refund. I merely expressed that I felt cheated.
It is unfortunate that you would accuse customers in such a manner, as it reflects poorly on your business. Regarding the item I brought, it did not obstruct anyone and was placed next to the bin alongside other customers’ belongings. We observed other patrons keeping their items under the table or next to it. Again, I encourage you to review the footage.
The mention of price was due to the fact that it was a special birthday gift, and comparing it to strollers is simply unreasonable. As for switching tables, our request was only to avoid sitting next to the main door. The kind gentleman who recognized us from earlier did offer a better table after it became available. Your claim about large crowds waiting outside and your efforts to accommodate us is unfounded. Learn something from “Old Delhi” in Ginza who has Japanese manager and owner.
Given your response and these unfounded accusations, I can assure you that we will not return to your restaurant, even if it were the last one available.
Your review reminds me of another pertinent quote: “Empires crumble not from external forces but from the arrogance within; when pride overshadows humility, downfall is...
Read moreLet me get to the main points first. Food: Best Indian food I have ever eaten. The Shah Paneer is unbeatable according to me. I don’t eat spicy, so I get it made without any spice. The Paneer Tikka, even tho it is spicy, tastes really good. The Mango Lassi, even tho I think it is artificially flavored, tastes really good and gets a boost of flavor with the mint and cherry on top of the glass. Many vegetarian options too. Looks: Food looks very tasty and nicely decorated as shown in the attached photos. Service: Very kind and friendly staff. They know how to communicate with customers so the service is also first-class. Atmosphere: Overall, the feeling of this restaurant is amazing. Whether you eat inside the restaurant, or outside, it always feels amazing. The restaurant looks really good from both the inside and outside too. The problem is that there are many roaches inside and mainly the outside seating areas. That is the reason I don’t feel comfortable to sit outside the restaurant. Price: Now let’s talk about the price, the reason I had to remove one star from my review. The last time me, my mom and my dad came, it costed about seven thousand yen which is still expensive. This time, on the other hand, it costed us TEN THOUSAND YEN. Basically, that means that going there thrice could buy you a Nintendo Switch gaming console. I don’t know what they have increased the price of the food for because the food, service and atmosphere remained the same. I would recommend skipping the lassi(costing 800 yen) and naan. I would recommend taking the curries home and making lassi and naan at home. Seating: The other reason I removed a star is because you have to usually wait for about 30 minutes to sit inside. Apparently in lunch we can’t make a reservation but you can make a reservation in dinner. The highest waiting time we received was an incident about 1-2 years ago. My family and my father’s friend’s family came fifteen minutes late on our reservation. Our reservation got cancelled and my family did not want to sit outside. Therefore, we had to wait one hour and thirty minutes. Within a hour, me and my friend were getting really hungry. At one point, my friend was even going to cry. We were thinking to go back home and eat something else at home but me and my friend kept begging our parents to wait since we didn’t want to eat at home. So we waited for another thirty minutes and finally entered. Funny thing, that day, I’m pretty sure some people held a party related to someone’s marriage occurred and there was a lot of sound. Tho, it didn’t disturb us and was, in fact, pretty entertaining.
Overall, this restaurant has amazing food, service and a really nice atmosphere. The looks are good to but too many roaches keep entering inside. The outside seating has even more roaches making it uncomfortable to sit there. It costs a lot so it’s only for the rich. It costs about ¥10,000 for three people. Don’t buy the lassi and naan make it at home. Always come at dinner with a reservation and make sure not to come more than fifteen...
