The soba noodles I had were delicious and simple, and I paid a little extra to have two large breaded prawns.
The service was light hearted and helpful for my broken Japanese.
The price for my meal was about ¥1000-1,300. The portions here are just right for “I’m just feeling peckish”. However in USD my meal was $6-8 so if you’re really hungry adding another side ain’t half bad.
There is a meal register and just across the room is a cafe register which has very DELICIOUS LOOKING EVERYTHING. Will be going back to try out their baked goods!
In terms of atmosphere there seemed to be a lot of locals; elders and the occasional family with kids.

They recommend the hojicha latte, but honestly, I’d go for the matcha latte instead. It comes with whipped cream, which is great if you’ve got a sweet tooth, but if not, I’d skip the whip to keep it a little lighter. The gelato’s great too! I personally loved the hojicha flavor!
Prices are totally reasonable for a place in such a touristy area. The cafe itself is clean, cool, and comfy, a big win when you’re out sightseeing all day.
