A small Italian restaurant near Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden. It makes a variety of ingredients delicious and makes U feel happy. ◆Spanish mackerel carpaccio from Fukuoka Prefecture. Combining it with cream cheese brings out the flavor of the mackerel. ◆ Roast Ezo deer The smooth texture of the meat, the perfect amount of salt, and the beautiful red color of the meat made it an exquisite dish, and that alone was the reason I came to this restaurant. ◆Vistecca of Japanese black beef An elegant product where U can enjoy every last bit of beef fat. ◆ Duck ragu penne. The gentle flavor of duck meat is more delicate than pork or beef ragu, and it is very delicious. ◆Spaghetti cacio e pepe I was amazed at how delicious pasta could be made with just cheese, salt, and pepper.
