This place exceeded all expectations and is perfect.

The shrimp mushroom and mozzarella ajillo was incredible - perfectly cooked shrimp with amazing garlic oil and melted mozzarella. The peperoncino spaghetti had the perfect amount of heat and al dente texture. The pork shoulder was so tender it fell apart, and the pumpkin cheesecake was the perfect creamy finish.

Cozy, intimate setting with dim lighting that's ideal for couples. Staff was friendly and attentive without being intrusive.

Really reasonable prices for the quality and portion sizes. Great bang for your buck!

前幾天趁天氣不錯的時候到新宿御苑散步賞花，找到這間溫馨的義大利餐廳☺️；我們大約一點左右到，很幸運地大約等了三十分鐘左右進店（幸運的原因是他們中午營業時間其實到兩點半，很多日本餐廳通常就不會再收客人了😅，感謝店家通融，所以我們快速的在一小時內左右完食😆）

我們點的是中午限定的套餐，前菜、pizza、義大利麵、牛排加上飯後甜點，餐點好吃份量剛剛好。

前菜一端上桌我就知道這間一定好吃，很愛在日本吃各種西餐的原因是他們很擅長將日本當地食材融入異國料理，而且一點也不違和；這次的前菜是生魚片、沙拉、跟燉牛肚（應該是，就是內臟），看起來天南地北的食材，口味上卻異常的協調🤤，先吃口番茄燉牛肚配麵包，再來口微酸感的生魚片，最後是柑橘類醬料的沙拉，整盤吃完直接大開胃可以享用下一道菜。

pizza的部分皮薄酥脆的像餅乾，起司、微苦的芝麻葉跟跟微鹹的生火腿簡直絕佳！！義大利麵看起來有點平凡，可是他們做肉醬的肉應該是很不錯的牛肉，肉醬裡面濃郁的肉香，讓這一碗平凡的麵一點也不平凡🤤。

最後就是牛排了，日本的牛肉真的就是好吃，外皮煎的焦脆，內部保持三分熟的軟度，搭配鹽巴或黃芥末籽，不油不膩吃的非常滿足😋。

甜點的部分我覺得正常表現，但主食的部分真的滿值得來試試的🙌🏻。

A few days ago, I strolled around Shinjuku Gyoen and found this cozy Italian restaurant☺️. We arrived at 1 PM and luckily waited only 30 minutes (their lunch hours end at 2:30 PM, and many Japanese restaurants stop taking customers earlier😅. Thanks to their flexibility, we finished within an hour😆).

We ordered the lunch set: appetizer, pizza, pasta, steak, and dessert. Everything was delicious and perfectly portioned.

The appetizer was a good sign. Japanese chefs blend local ingredients into Western dishes so well. It included sashimi, salad, and stewed beef tripe. Despite the diverse ingredients, the flavors were harmonious🤤. The stewed tripe with bread, tangy sashimi, and citrusy salad were a perfect start.

The pizza had a thin, crispy crust like a cracker, with cheese, slightly bitter arugula, and salty prosciutto—perfect! The pasta looked simple but had a rich, meaty sauce, making it extraordinary🤤.

The steak was amazing too. Japanese beef is always delicious—crispy outside, tender inside. With salt or mustard, it was satisfying and not greasy😋.

I went here for my friend’s birthday. We chose this place because of the decoration and cozy vibe. The food was good and beautifully placed. But what surprised us the most was the hospitality of the owner and the waiter. When my friend said she’s a bit cold (we sat outside) and asked for a heater, the owner said he didn’t have it then ran to the place next door and borrowed one for us!
