Been here 4 times in the last couple years. Recently changed locations but close to the old one. It’s across the street from the Lawsons on the backside of the building. You have to climb a short set of stairs to get inside. More seating than before. One of our favorite burger spots in Tokyo. Highly recommend the chillmatic burger (pastrami on top) of course. It’s different from Katz (if you’ve had in nyc) as it’s not as tangy (best way I can put it) from American pastrami. Compliments the burger well along with mustard sauce, which is a little sweet and not overpowering. All of their sauces are homemade even the ketchup.

This is hands-down, the best burger we’ve had in Japan over two trips so far. Absolutely delicious - the mustard seed combined with the pastrami (I got the jalapeño cheese chillmatic) is such a good pairing. Since coming home from our trip, I aspire to recreate this burger at home but know I will not come close! We came in around 4pm on a weekend in Shibuya and ended up beating the dinner rush and we in and out and the only diners there. Staff was super friendly! But I wanted to try the pastrami sandwich so the urge was too strong, and I went back. The sandwich was ok and the fries were ready delicious. I say the sandwich was ok because there was just too much fat, and not enough meat. I’m not sure if this is always the case as I’ve seen other pictures that look more meaty.
