Chojukanshubo Ginzaten — Restaurant in Tokyo

i honestly don’t understand what are others here talking about, but it’s one of the greatest restaurants that i’ve been to. we came pretty late so it was not crowded at all. the waitress here is the sweetest person ever, i’m really sad that i didn’t asked her name or contact cause we had such a nice conversation during her cooking the meat for us on a mini stove. true korean experience 💯. she was so nice and polite and had great english so you don’t have to worry about language barrier. all of the meals that me and my family had were so delicious, and we truly didn’t know that “a little spicy” for korean people is not the same for us(we came from tatarstan), but still it was so good👌🏼👌🏼. if you ever would have an opportunity to visit this place try their gray ice cream with poppy flower, that was the best ice cream of my life, no doubt. thank you so much to all of the workers and this amazing waitress girl, you’re the coolest fr fr. definitely...

I enjoy the taste of this restaurant, but they only provide service if you're dressed like a Japanese person. They don't even offer a glass of water without you asking for it. 味は普通です。髪の短い女の店員の接客態度にイライラさせられたことが何度かあります。

きのこ類が苦手なため、メニューの写真にきのこが写って見えたので「きのこ入ってますか？」と聞くと「入ってません。」と言われました。「え、これきのこじゃないんですか？」と聞くと「あ、エノキの事ですか？」と。また、上にトッピングで載ってるようだったので、「それならエノキだけ抜いてもらえますか」とお願いすると「もう最初からセットされてるので抜くことはできません」と、厨房に確認することもせず即答されました。

入店時に関しては、満席の際「座ってお待ちください」と言われたため座って待ってたところ、あとから来た人がそのまま中に入っていき、その人を先に席に案内しようとする、というような出来事が2回あります。先に待ってた旨伝えると、「ではこちらへどうぞー」という一言。こちらは別に過剰な接客サービスを求めてるわけではないのに、そんな当たり前のことも出来なくていつになったら出来るようになるんですかね。 他にもあとから来た人の注文を先に優先してたりするのはよく見られます。 自分自身が悪い態度を取っているわけではなく、ただ普通に店に行っただけなのに店を出る時はだいたい気分が悪いです。どうしても韓国料理が食べたい時に行ってましたが、もうやめ時かなと思ってます。

別日では会計時に店員がいないため、キッチンの方をのぞきながら「すみませんー」と声をかけたところ赤い服の短い茶髪の女がこちらを見て振り返ってそのままなにもなかったかのように皿を洗い続けたので、もう一回「すみません！！」と言ったところ一度ふりむき、何も言わずめんどくさそうにゴム手袋を外してました。
