If you order the main Shiryu ramen you can choose the amount of garlic you want, thickness of noodles, firmness, and type of char siu. Ice cold barley tea was for free in a jug on the table which also hit the spot on a hot summer night. The broth is on the salty side, but not too oily. The pork is good. You can choose three toppings that you like the egg is nothing fancy, but goes well with the broth

The servers were very helpful and helped us with the ticket machine. The boil was really delicious and balanced well with the noodles. The spicy miso was just enough to add some complexity in taste but without being too strong. The char-siu was amazing in taste.
