I booked a table late at night, fortunately still very attentive service. I thank you for that.

As a hot pot fanatic, I have tried many Sichuan hotpot restaurants in Japan and other Asian countries, and I commend the taste of the hot pot here.

I ordered thick tomato soup because today I just want to eat sour😌😁, MSG has been limited by the chef, so when I sip soup, I don't have a sore throat and dry tongue.. With me, this this is an important criterion to vote the quality of broth in hot pot restaurants. Most especially, there is no thick layer of oil floating on top like many other places. Amazing! If you like seasoning powder, you can add your own from the seasoning counter.

The seafood for shabu-shabu are fresh and naturally sweet. Each part quantity compared to the price is consistent.

Be sure to try the 4 items in the braised set including pork tongue, pork intestines, beef stomach and pork tendons stewed in soy sauce with typical Chinese spices. The taste is good, the pork intestines do not have a strong fishy smell. The dish is not salty, soft, served hot.

Fresh chili at the counter also taste better than elsewhere, here they are chopped rather than minced for the best spiciness and freshness, and this cutting keeps the chili from going sour when left for a long time at room temperature. I've added quite a bit of fresh chili to the hotpot for extra flavor, it's so stimulating.

If the restaurant has some fish, fresh yuba and special vegetables like kushinsai, I think it will be even...

■前菜／よだれ鶏 これ前菜？という程存在感ある一品 香辛料が効いていてかなり本格的な味わい 片手にビールが最高🍺

■スープ（白湯／麻辣） 龍の取手が存在感ある鍋の中、麻辣スープにちょこんと座る可愛いくまさん🧸 こちらなんと牛脂で作られているそうで、暖かいスープを注げばゆっくり溶けていきます🫠 真っ赤な麻辣スープの中に沈んでいくクマ、、ぷちホラーですが、そこも楽しめるポイント🙌

スープはどちらもかなり本格的な味わいで漢方もたっぷり 白湯：滋味深い味わいで内臓から温められます。体調不良も緩和しそう🧚‍♀️ 麻辣：見た目通りかなりの刺激！新陳代謝が高まって夏バテも吹っ飛びます💪

どちらもスープ自体が美味しくて、最後はぐびぐび飲んじゃう程😋

■つけだれ ランチ訪問だったのでスタッフさんオリジナルを提供頂きました！ （ディナーではコンディメントバーからお好みだれを作れちゃいます） 甘口だれ、ごまだれ、ごま油ベースのたれ とどれもにんにくや香辛料たっぷりで、日本では中々頂けない本格的な味わい！ 自宅に持って帰りたい程美味でした🥺

■野菜／お肉（ラム肉／豚肉／牛バラ肉） どどん！と現れる3皿 どれも美味ですが、個人的には厚切りの豚肉が印象的 王道の鍋野菜たちをお肉で巻いて、いくらでも食べられちゃいます👌

■海鮮（有頭海老／カニカマ／ちくわ／あんこう） お肉のみならず海鮮まで頂けるのが嬉しい！ 海老や魚は言わずもがな、個人的にはカニカマが美味！ 煮込まれて1.5倍くらい大きくなり、噛むとじゅわっと染み出る感じがたまらない🤩

■〆／刀削麺 最後はお店自家製の刀削麺 お肉や野菜の旨味が出たスープを吸ってめちゃくちゃ美味しく、お腹いっぱいでももう1本、と手がとまりません🥢

■デザート ほてった体にバニラアイスの冷たさと甘さが染みて一気にクールダウンできちゃいます🍨

総じて大満足な一食 カジュアルな外観ですが、味はかなり本格的 夏バテ気味だった同行者も漢方のおかげかとっても元気になった様で、私も翌日は夏のだるさが抜けた感覚でした 暑い日が続くからこそ暖かい火鍋で体をリセット、今後はまっちゃいそう🔥

お店は赤坂駅7番出口から徒歩5秒！悪天候でも伺いやすい高アクセス 店内はテーブルと完全個室があり、シーンに合わせて使い勝手も🙆‍♀️

訪問日のスタッフさんは現地のみでしたが丁寧に接客頂き、居心地よく火鍋を堪能できました！ ちなみにランチは中華の1,000円ビュッフェもされていて、そちらも結構な人気🫶
