Concert - Jazz & Bar — Restaurant in Tokyo

I've been coming here for at least 5 or 6 years, and コンセール is my favorite bar in Tokyo (though of course I haven't been to them all—yet!).

Cocktails are consistently excellent and made to a high standard. The size of the drinks here also seems to be a little bigger than the standard Japanese cocktail, so that's good as well.

I would say prices are actually on the low side for this quality of cocktail in Tokyo.

The owner has a lot of experience behind the bar, and is always super professional. She's got a very cool vibe that might seem remote at first; but I think the service manages to be attentive without being intrusive.

Sound system is good, with a small but decent collection of jazz LPs. They have live music maybe once or twice a month, but despite the name, this is not really a live music bar.

This place is dark—really dark!—which I love. Too many bars and restaurants in Japan are lit up like convenience stores. Everyone looks great in this soft light.

【レポ】 ☆フルーツカクテル 1,800円 季節でラインナップが変わるというフルーツカクテル。”大きく・美味しく・美しく”をテーマとされているとのことです！ 本日は、キウイ・ブドウ・リンゴ・ミント・梨・いちご、が用意されており、ノーロジックですがなんとなくな気分的で”いちご”を注文してみました！w 結論、”正解”でした。 こちら、イチゴ・グレープフルーツ・ウォッカを調合しているお飲み物とのこと。 本場のいちごを大量に使用しており、リキュールではなく果実をしっかり感じることができますし、何と言っても前評判通りに量が多い！w 写真では伝わらないのですが、飲み切るのに少し時間を擁しました。 そして甘くて非常に美味しいのですが、しっかりとしたお酒なので、飲み切るとほんのり酔いを感じさせていただきました。
