Cucina italiana La Collina — Restaurant in Tokyo

Had a very satisfying lunch. It was a pasta set with salad, pasta, and dessert; bread and coffee/tea were also provided.

The salad was fresh and nicely dressed; good portion, too. We were provided with two kinds of bread, both fresh and nicely made. The handmade pasta was very tasty, I was impressed by how well it was cooked and how nicely the flavours and textures of the ingredients were mixed together.

The dessert was a rich panna cotta with pieces of fresh fruits, ice cream, frozen cream, and biscuit, decorated with fresh flowers, mint leaves, and pink sakura sugar. It was a real joy to taste the flavours of these fresh ingredients.

店舗入り口の扉の雰囲気が良いので前から気になっていましたがこの辺りに用事があるのがいつも休業日で、たまたま通りがったら空いていたので入店し、パスタランチとして大葉とトマトとしらすのパスタをいただきました。コーヒーや紅茶と独立してルイボスティーが用意されているのがユニークです。

Googleの評価はかなり高得点ですが、当然ながら味の好みは人それぞれのようで、私には合わなかったようです。パスタはアルデンテよりやや固めが好みだったり、パスタに入っているトマトの味は濃厚ではなく、ごく薄味がお好きな方、フォカッチャはあまりハーブが効いておらず表面も柔らかい方が好みだという方、ランチからデザートはビスコッティなどを添えて盛りだくさんに食べた方が満足度が高くて良い、という方にお勧めです。

年齢高めの女性同士誘い合わせてのランチ会や、少しお高いランチをゆっくりという女性客が店内に多かったので、そのようなお客がターゲット層で、重めのランチデザートのニーズがあるのかもしれません。他の方の投稿お写真にあるようにSNS映えする綺麗な盛り付けで、お隣の先の方も熱心に撮影をされていました。

サービスは食べ終わるとすぐさま気付いて下げてくださるなど、限られたランチ時間ではスピード感が好きな私にとっては好感がもてました。あくまで好みの問題です...
