Had a lovely meal at Denny’s in Hamamatsucho. Had to wait 10 mins for a table but once seated I was able to order immediately.
The restaurant uses a digital ordering platform but you are able to select English from the language options. Easy to navigate and once you have chosen your menu items they are sent straight to the kitchen for make up. They have physical menus as well where you can make your choices.
The food was delicious but portions were small as you can see from the attached photos.
Denny’s Japan is not like the USA version but I found the menu options to be great, but of course geared towards Japanese diners.

Amazingly friendly service at the door and in the restaurant, even for high Japanese standards. You really feel welcome. Unlimited drink bar (included in breakfast price, additional 320 something yen with lunch). Very cosy inside, charging sockets for phones. Read moreReally disappointed! I reunited with my family (siblings) after COVID. It was handy to go next to the station from airport monorail and my kids can eat only sweets (not hungry). However, like someone commented, staff wasn’t nice at all. (I would say young and unfriendly) Denny’s is family restaurant, but they cannot offer us a table for 5 even only just after 5pm. Waited more than 30min, but not apologetic or informing us just seems like our fault as big family. (They offered many singles or small numbered parties while waiting.)
