I like this place! Close to Tokyo station, spacious and clean with plenty of seats (variety of seating). Fast free wifi available and laptop friendly.
Staff are fast and friendly enough. Nice and relaxed inside with quiet music in the background. Other customers were quiet. Smoking allowed but thankfully in separated area.
Nice selection of reasonably priced drinks, sandwiches and desserts
Hard to find a pleasant cafe in Tokyo that isn't over crowded and/or over-priced. My favourite chain in Japan so far.

Perhaps because there are many cafes in the station building directly connected to Tokyo Station, this caf is relatively uncrowded despite the fact that Tokyo Station is right in front of it. The cafe has a large number of seats, and most of the seats are for one or two people, so there are not many people chatting, and you can spend a quiet time even on holidays. However, since the area surrounding the cafe is a business district, especially on weekdays, there are many businessmen working on their computers, so the customer turnover is a little slow on weekdays (although you never have to wait long to get a seat). There are some steps in the restaurant. There are tables in the area without steps for wheelchairs and other disabilities, but it's advisable to be careful when using the tables. The quality of the drinks and food served and the customer service of the staff are comparable to other...
