What truly elevated the experience, though, was the service—especially from Itsuki. Friendly, attentive, and fluent in both English and Japanese, Itsuki made sure we felt welcome from the moment we walked in. He offered great drink recommendations, checked in without being overbearing, and handled everything with a warm smile that made the night that much better.

I went here by chance with my parents and sibling, the waiter Motoya was nice and spoke to us in English. Me and my sibling ordered the wagyu, the sauce was delicious, my family got different drinks, they were pretty and amazing in such warm and classy atmosphere. We are from Mexico, and turns out the waiter had a vinyl of Agustin Lara which turned into a very sweet talk exchanging music from Japan and Mexico. My wife and I walked by here with our 11-year-old daughter on the way back to our hotel one day last week after a long, exhausting day at Disney Sea. We weren't sure how we'd be received with a child in tow, but the R.C. Gate staff could not have been more welcoming. Even as the room filled up with the after-work crowd, everyone was kind and accommodating. The food was fantastic - and fast - and the drinks were delightful.
