Ok so in reality no restaurant is perfect but I found that one at random with friends and we are fans of fondue Savoyarde. We were surprised by how generous they are with the cheese and having unlimited side dishes (potatoes, vegetables, bread) was really appreciated. The service was good and we showed to the main waiter how a raw egg is usually used to finish the fondue. So he ran to the kitchen to brought one for us for free. He was delighted how it turned out and joked that he would serve it in the menu from now on. We only tested the fondue but as they are rare in Tokyo we thought it was a nice spot. Recommended 👌

J'ai récemment eu l'occasion de découvrir le restaurant Fromatique, et je dois dire que j'ai été agréablement surpris par la qualité de la cuisine et l'ambiance chaleureuse du lieu. J'ai opté pour la fondue et la raclette, et c'était tout simplement excellent. Le fromage était absolument délicieux, fondant à la perfection et offrant une saveur authentique qui m’a rappelé la France. Même s'il n'y a pas une grande variété de charcuterie, ce n’est pas un problème car le fromage était vraiment au centre de l'attention et a largement compensé cette absence. Les portions étaient généreuses et bien équilibrées, et la présentation soignée. Le service était également très agréable, avec un personnel attentif et souriant. En ce qui concerne les prix, ils sont très raisonnables, surtout si l'on compare à ce que l'on pourrait trouver en France, où les restaurants similaires peuvent être bien plus chers. Dans l’ensemble, c’est une excellente adresse pour les amateurs de cuisine savoyarde ou française au Japon. Je recommande vivement ce restaurant pour une expérience culinaire authentique et un moment de convivialité !

I don't recommend the place for people who come from Europe. The picture may look good but it has nothing to do with a real raclette or fondue... The fondue was so small and so sweet. The bread was old. Just 4 pieces of potatoes, that is nothing for a dish (raclette) supposed to be eaten with potatoes. The vegetable are... not existing in the real raclette/fondue.

Staff was incredibly rude!! Called him over and he was almost banging on the table pointing to the button to press for calling staff over. Despite that, we still couldn't get what we requested.
