For one, if you are accustomed to Western cuisine, this is definitely a safe choice. On top of that, you can rest assured that Tokyo's Western foods in an affordable restaurant like the Ginza Lion are generally quite delicious, and done delicately. I had a Red Wine Beef Tongue Stew, and it's actually surprisingly tasty for the price of just 1080 YEN.
