I was very disappointed today by the service of this coffee shop. It is relatively expensive, but if you do not know Japanese, the only option was to scan a QR code in order to see the menu in English. People like me from the old generation want to relax and be served politely by a real person, helping with the menu, not to be forced to scan and look at the menu on a small screen. In this moment I did not have enough battery on my phone, moreover it is an old model with a small screen. Customers like me are obviously not welcome.
