Ginza Soryu (produced by Nogata Hope) — Restaurant in Tokyo

I want to eat some ramen at 9pm. So I looked in google map and find this shop. The ramen tonkatsu with seafood broiled. The taste is thicked and the broiled is unique. A little salt and savory. Eating separately at first and then mixed together to change the flavor. The gyoza is small size but the taste is very pacted. A little sweet and savory from the pork. They have English menu and the staff can speak English. They offer me the big napkin as I wear white shirt. And serve cold water for free. They very kind. The shop may small but the ambience is good. I very recommended. The price also not expensive....

We were walking around Ginza and passing this ramen place, it looks authentic and they had available seats.

We ordered 2 different menus to try, tonkotsu ramen, shoryu based ramen, and gyoza. Both ramen were very tasty, the tonkotsu ramen was rich and creamy, while the shoryu ramen was fragrant and smokey, very delicious! the pork was very tender and well seasoned.

Tried their 焦がし醬油 burnt soy sauce ramen, in the beginning the aroma was quite interesting, I'd say closer to a yakiniku, which makes sense since yakiniku is basically burnt soy sauce too. The soup also had yuzu in it, so they're definitely putting it all on the aroma. Unfortunately the flavor itself is quite similar to a regular soy ramen, a good one with a very distinct aroma, but still the flavor is not as memorable as the aroma, so I have to give...
