ALLU Ginza store — Local services in Tokyo

A cute little place with a nice selection of Hermes and Chanel mostly (there’s an entire floor dedicated to Hermes and the bottom floor has mostly Chanel) but, there are other brands like Dior and Prada. Out of all the resale places I’ve been to in Tokyo, they had the widest selection and the most interesting. I would say their prices are pretty good and reasonable but, really depends on what you’re looking for and the condition of bags since they are a resale place. All the sales people were super kind and allowed me to look, touch, and try their bags to really assess the quality and look of the bag. In particular, a lady named Rokka (I hope I’m spelling it right!) was super kind and constantly conversed with me, advising me on the looks of bags on me and overall being super patient as I constantly looked to my family for their opinions. It was truly her service that convinced me to buy an adorable Chanel bag (and my first!). Would definitely recommend coming here before going to any...

Walked in to this store a few days ago and got a lot of great help and advice from Ms Wang (forgive me if I don’t spell her last name correctly but basically the patient lady who speaks mandarin). She listened to my preference and showed me a few different bags that fits my taste, and she introduced these bags to me with good knowledge. She wrote down the notes about these bags on cards and gave them to me as I said I wanted to think about it and check out more information online. I later found these notes quite helpful.
