If you are looking for a fancy omakase sushi bar experience, this is not it. If you want dim lighting, ambiance, wine pairing, the special evening in a sushi place in Ginza, this is not it. BUT if you are looking for good quality fish, simple sushi nigiri, and a few cooked dishes at a price that you don't have to cry about afterwards - this is the perfect place. You can have a large party, you don't have to speak Japanese (because of the order from iPad arrangement) and you don't need to know what you want ahead of time. I was told that this is a big chain and therefore they can get good quality fish at reasonable price. We ordered the maguro set, one big and one small and then supplemented with other single order items. The draft beer was just ok though - I did not get the ahhhh feeling. But while I hesitated when I got to the front door greeted by a large statue of the founder of this place, I'm glad I tried it and this chain will stay in my back pocket as a backup for those times that you need to be able to have affordable sushi. They SCAM you, if you’re a foreigner. As other reviews have stated, you should probably go elsewhere if you’re a foreigner. For us, they added ¥2,000 onto the bill for x2 Oolong Teas and some other bits, which we didn’t order. They also force a starter onto you, without asking, for ¥250. The sushi is good, but the business is not to be trusted, as it’s poor practice to just make up items and add them to the bill. Whilst the sushi is tasty, this sort of scam leaves a bad taste in your mouth. You walk up to reception to pay on your way out, and the staff member hammers a bunch of items into the cashier & hands you the bill in Japanese. It was only back at the hotel I noticed it said we’d ordered 44 items which seemed a lot, and when I looked closer upon inspection, a bunch of the items had been made up to increase the cost. I’ve always visited this store. One time, I reserved for a business lunch for a business group.

Unfortunately, there was an extremely rude waitress, she was old and short. She treated us with utmost disrespect, forgot many of the items we ordered.

She would put the soup or tea on one side of the table instead of handing each person and she literally threw the plates on the table to the exten that they spilled over the table. And we asked for our missing plates, she muffled with bad words.

I was very embarrassed because I had business visitors accompanying me in this lunch.

Nevertheless, I tried to be as respectful as I can be to her but she continued her disrespect.
