SCAM. Foreigners beware. No transparency. They never gave me an order slip once I placed my order and now i know why. Because I would have seen how much they were overcharging me because I am not Japanese. I had to pay a cover charge that I was never informed about. I am now doubting if the prices on the english menu and Japanese menu are the same. According to other tourists the prices are NOT the same and they have been scamming people for years. Personally this experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I am writing this review within 30 minutes of me leaving the establishment. There are other places more worthy of your support. The food was delicious, and the service was quick and excellent. Even though it was super busy, we didn't have a wait for a party of 4. The mentaiko motsunabe tasted really good, as did the gyoza and chicken skin. The food came out really fast.

The only thing that was just ok was the fried cheese. It would be better with mozzarella cheese, but instead, it had some sort of processed cheese or something.

You can order in person or through the qr code at your table. We ordered alot of food and drinks, so the bill was probably higher than a regular party of 4, but we came out spending less than 12k yen total, with drinks, food, and nabe refills.

food was delectable and the service transcends the average restaurant, the waitress had offered to take a photo for us. i had ordered the 24 piece gyoza, onden and karaage, the gyoza was so delicious and flavourful in combination with the vinegar i just had to get a second order, and the karaage was juicy and piping hot, it was a good pair with the mayonnaise and the onden warms the soul, many people consider onden as their comfort food on a cold day. I highly recommend the gyoza and karaage overall the staff was warm and friendly and some are able to speak some English and the food was ambrosial 10/10 if your in tokyo please do...
