Lovely place. Small, intimate, great food. So this is how it works. You go to the vending machine looking order kiosk. You put your yen in first, then punch the picture corresponding to what you wish to order. To finish you press the characters in the bottom right corner of the order screen. It spits out order tickets and change. By the time you turn around your places will be set and waiting for you. Hand your tickets the the chef, sit down and relax. Stumbled upon this hidden gem while looking for a luggage store! The meat was flavorful, the egg was cooked to perfection, the noodles were freshly cooked, and the broth was flavorful. The broth had a different taste than I was expecting and was unique compared to ichiran LOL.

One of the best places to have hakata ramen (white pork bone soup with slim noodles) and some other dishes like gyoza or rice, with very nice, friendly service, which welcomes tourists, but there's no explanation in English in the vending machine which prints the tickets and if you don't know the language it's not easy to order.

It has two floors(no elevator) but it's a bit tight. However it has tables for groups with for than 5 people, which is very good and rare in Tokyo traditional...
