Chanced upon the restaurant while walking over to Akihabara and decided to try their Summer Ueno branch special - curry tsukemen (1150 Yen) The restaurant is fairly small but has a cozy, traditional atmosphere. Did not have to wait as it was a weekday afternoon. The staff would ask if you don't want any of the vegetables or the rice. Suggest to take all for a very filling meal.
Waited for some time after ordering, as the chef has to stir fry the ingredients and the curry. Was surprised when they served the whole meal (with a big bowl of cold noodle).
