Harmony — Restaurant in Tokyo

Being a hotel guests, we tried the Sunday brunch. We knew that the choices were limited but still what you got could not meet the expectations either.

Harmony served the buffet in two sessions : 11.30am -1pm and 1.30-3pm. We arrived at 12.15 and were told it's fine to dine in without a time limit. We were arranged a table at the far end.

Firstly, the view was good as you could see the Tokyo Tower from far. Unfortunately, it's not really a stunning sight.

When we approached the food corner, we discovered that the food trays were almost empty and they were not refilled till after 1pm. We managed to take some roast beef and foi goie omelette, which was freshly made and warm. The other leftover food items were cold and tasteless. Moreover, there was no service at all. The empty plates were not removed.

We paid for ¥8480! Just got few pieces of thin roast beef. Better spend the money elsewhere and get better quality food...

The atomspher is superb, the food are not so but the sight of the windows is wonderful at all. However you will be announced about the time of eating just for one hour and half even though there are not many customers in the restaurant . You must be hurry up to eat the dinner . It’s pity. They have such a wonderful location in Tokyo but they demolish the reptations by themselves . The hotel’s management system is not on international standard. It’s really pity at all.

Die Atmosphäre ist hervorragend, das Essen nicht so, aber der Anblick durch die Fenster ist alles in allem wunderbar. Allerdings wird Ihnen die Essenszeit erst nach anderthalb Stunden mitgeteilt, obwohl nicht viele Gäste im Restaurant sind. Sie müssen sich beeilen, um zu Abend zu essen. Das ist schade. Sie haben eine so wunderbare Lage in Tokio, aber sie zerstören die Reputationen selbst. Das Managementsystem des Hotels entspricht nicht dem internationalen Standard. Das ist wirklich schade.

Allerdings wird Ihnen die Essenszeit erst nach anderthalb Stunden mitgeteilt, obwohl nicht viele Gäste im Restaurant sind. Sie müssen sich beeilen, um zu Abend zu essen. C’est une ombre. Vous avez un âge si étonnant à Tokio, mais vous avez zerstören die Reputationen vous-même. Le système de gestion des hôtels n'est pas conforme aux normes internationales. C’est une situation étrange.

El ambiente es magnífico, la comida no tanto, pero la vista desde las ventanas es maravillosa. Sin embargo, te avisan de la hora de comer durante una hora y media, aunque no haya muchos clientes en el restaurante. Debes darte prisa para cenar. Es una pena. Tienen una ubicación maravillosa en Tokio, pero destrozan la reputación por sí solos. El sistema de gestión del hotel no está a la altura de los estándares internacionales. Es una verdadera...

As a guest at the Royal Park Hotel Shiodome, you have the option to choose lunch instead of breakfast at selected restaurants within the building, offering a fixed menu. After an excellent experience at Oshima Restaurant, I also decided to try Harmony Restaurant — and once again, it was outstanding !!!
