This restaurant is on the 46th floor so the views of the harbour are fantastic and it’s great to go when the lights of the city are coming on.
The service at this restaurant was absolutely terrible. When we sat down, the waitress spoke to my Canadian wife in Japanese for some time and once we told her we needed an English menu she left. She returned with an English menu and opened it up to the page that explains the 1000 yen tabke fee and then didn’t return for at least 10 minutes.
She finally came back and we ordered our drinks and dinner and it was another 20 minutes for the drinks to arrive.
The food came out slowly but was quite good. We were never offered another drink for the duration of dinner.
When we asked for the bill, we were given a Google review card and then waited another 10 minutes for the bill. The manager was around for all of this and did absolutely nothing. There was a couple sitting beside us that was getting all the attention of the staff.
The one bright spot was server assistant named Daisuke who was the only attentive staff member in the restaurant.
I am amazed that our waitress would ask for a Google review, but here it is.
Terrible service, good...

We got seats at the bar without reservation at around 18:00, so for a window seat, reservation is recommended. Still, the view was very nice and watching the bartender work was fun. Service was attentive and very professional. The (printed) menu is Japanese only, the English version is on their homepage and is a little hard to navigate, but you can choose ahead! A cover charge of 900¥ is applied, but you do get a soup and Edamame, with dressing freshly made at your table, which was nice! Food quality was very high! The drinks are really good, too, but they don't offer fancy cocktails, mostly standards and longdrinks/highballs.
We had a great time!
Price - well, obviously there is a plus to pay for a view of the city from the 46th floor, so with food and 2 drinks each, we ended at around 5000¥ per person. Still I expect it to be even higher at some other rooftop bars in the vicinity, so I'd still give it good value...
Read moreI made the decision to visit this restaurant based on reviews on Google. I sat down near the window , a waiter came over who spoke no English. I ordered two things- a sashimi plate, and what I interpreted to be beef sizzling over some veggies. I ordered my meal, a few minutes later, another person came over to advise me that there was a ¥1000 Cover charge for the privilege to be there, they brought me some nuts and a glass of water. I never touched those nuts. It quickly felt like I was in some dodgy neighbourhood in Turkey, Istanbul, where they try to pull that type of thing over your eyes. To give them credit where it’s due, the sashimi was good but overpriced, and the beef dish was average. The view from the window was amazing. That whole experience with the cover charge for the table and the way they handled it, as a “bait and switch” job, really ruined my dinner, my mood and the entire experience was terrible. After a week in Tokyo, dining at a myriad of venues, these clowns by far delivered the worst experience...
