A no frills, hole in the wall that was surprisingly good, especially for the price. You order from a vending machine and their friendly staff brings out your food in a couple of minutes. I went with the Ichiran style small ramen noodles with the black garlic broth…excellent. I also recommend getting the rice bowl add on (I got the pork bits) - very tasty. The chicken karaage and gyoza were also good. I like how they have everything you need to make your own dipping sauce at your table. I'm no ramen expert but I thought everything was fantastic! After a long day at Fuji Q this spot was right next to our hotel so we decided to give it a shot. The overnight hours make for a convenient stop no matter what time you are in the area. Everything came out nice and hot to fill our bellies before another day of adventures tomorrow. Best ramen I've had, and I've had lots. The broth is rich and full of umami, without being off-putting. Sure, the noodles are thicker than I am used to, but they offer a nice al dente-esque bite that's nevertheless v satisfying.

We had the soy-based w black garlic oil, the soy-based with spring onions, and the vegetables soup without noodles. We all slurped up everything to the last drop.

Service was prompt and efficient; no English spoken but we got by with pointing and gestures!

Last but not least, it's super affordable.
