We decided to try this place out after reading mixed reviews regarding a popular Instagram souffle pancake place... And we were THRILLED with our decision to come here instead! No waking up at 6am to wait in line for an afternoon appointment...no mandatory order requirements...no busy lines and feeling rushed. This place was absolutely perfect and we could actually eat it at breakfast time! They open at 8:30am and everything is made fresh on site. We walked in at 9am and found a table. We tried the popular souffle pancakes, their French toast sandwich and a savory grilled cheese breakfast sandwich. All were phenomenal. Each meal comes with a drink. The staff is courteous, caring and kind. You can simply walk inside, find a table, and then order at the counter. Keep in mind that the pancakes take 35+ minutes to make, but you'll quickly lose track of time with the charm of this place. We're definitely going to recommend this place to everyone....

What a brilliant cafe! The pancakes are to die for 😀 Delicious and amazingly light and fluffy. Other great food and drink menu items are available also. Reviews for other pancake places nearby have mentioned 60+ minute wait times for food, not here, we were seated and ate within 15-20 or so minutes. It wasn't busy when we dined, but obviously that may change depending on the time you dine. The interior decor is rustic and welcoming with a retro vibe. If you've been to the very busy nearby Senso-ji temple area and looking for a quiet relaxing atmosphere whilst dining, Iriys Plus Café wont disappoint. I think this has to be one of the most underrated pancake cafés in the Asakusa area. All in all a wonderful dining experience. 5...

Honestly the cutest little cafe I've been too. On the way to Senso-ji temple, we stopped and had some of the famous fluffy pancakes we were looking for. And boy did we find the cutest little place!

I was looking at multiple cafes around Tokyo and everywhere said you had to wait outside at least an hour. This place served us in less then 20mins.

Pancakes were amazing, we tried 4 different kinds. Super fluffy and delicious 🥰

Also the staff here were so kind! We were walking through the heat and the lady that served us very kindly turned the air-conditioning on and even brought a fan for my brother! Without being asked! Absolutely lovely service 😍

This place deserves a wayyyyyy higher rating tbh!
