Pelican — Restaurant in Tokyo

There are 3 types of loaf pans: 3斤, 2斤, and mountain shaped. 3斤 is the softest, 2斤 is more chewy, and mountain shaped has the crispy shell. Pelican also has those little ones in bag, which all share same texture. In terms of taste, there’s no different.

Last year, I also visited a Pelican cafe and had toasted toast. This year, I went to buy bread. I wanted to buy the smallest piece (500 yen) since it was a solo trip, but the only piece of bread I could buy was 1.5 pounds (750 yen).
