The absolute best pizza you will have and find in Tokyo!! On the 3rd floor of the building super clean and incredibly cute restaurant. The pizza and pasta (which was perfectly Al dente) has all the freshest ingredients that you can taste!! Once you take your first bite you’ll be in LOVE. The tomato sauce was amazingly tasty and so fresh! You can see the chef prepare everything in front of you! Freshly grated cheese, fresh cut meats as he slices everything fresh! The chef is very accommodating to any adjustments / allergies you may have but trust him to just have everything as it is as it was delicious!! I came here 3 times during my stay and wish it was more cause it was the best late night food you could find and also the cleanest and freshest!! Don’t bother with Uber eats pizza delivery the pizza is not good and not fresh. Come here instead you won’t be disappointed! Also, the dough is absolutely amazingly soft and perfectly crisp! I absolutely can’t wait to come back again next time and cannot recommend Italian Bar Charuda more!! Don’t walk, RUN! this is the place for pizza, and pasta, and quite honestly anything on their menu was amazing!! Finish with the tiramisu and you’ll be so happy you did! — also to note the prices are unbeatable for the freshest, cleanest food you’ll find in Tokyo!! Lastly, fight me for this but this is better than pizza from Italy...

Perhaps the best meal I’ve had in four weeks in Japan. It is a twelve seat restaurant. Four at a booth and eight at the counter. Don’t be surprised if you have to wait. Chef Ken works his magic in a typically tiny Japanese kitchen with his one assistant. I am remiss in not asking her name. The cuisine is Italian and of a quality I would expect to get in Italy!! The pizza dough is home made and prepared on order. Thin and crisp. Every dish is made when ordered. We had the privilege of sitting in front of the chef and it was a performance in itself, watching him prepare each dish with absolute calm and control. A delight to watch, which enhanced our enjoyment of the meal. The Italian salad was perfectly dressed and adorned with mortadella cut to order. We had soft-shell crab, shrimp ajillo and the awesome burrata with focaccia, all prepared as we watched. There is a good selection of Italian wine. We had a bottle of the Pecorino which was a great match for the meal. If you ask what other wines are available apart from the printed menu, Ken brings them to you for perusal. Every dish was of top quality. If I lived in this amazing city, I would be at this...

My partner and I are from Canada and we were looking for a late night place to eat. We’ve been travelling around Asia for the past month and wanted to try something outside of asian cuisine. Not only that, we specifically wanted Italian food as we were both getting a bit homesick. We both lived near little Italy in Toronto and my partner also runs an Italian restaurant in downtown. I was hesitant to try what Italian food here would taste like in Tokyo and if it could be matched to the Italian food back home. Not only was my amatriciana delicious and flavourful, but the pasta was cooked to perfection, exactly how I like it, al dente. Some of the best pasta I’ve ever had. My stomach is full and my homesickness has decimated. Compliments to the chef. He was kind and you can tell cooked with great attention to detail and with passion. We will eat...
