Recently opened (and long been awaited), expect lines at lunch time. Here are the steps to get your Ramen :)
Step 1. Go to the ticket machine at the entrance (if there is a line make sure its for the machine)
Step 2. Buy tickets (currently cash only. English UI available) - when you buy your ticket the order automatically goes to the kitchen.
Step 3. (Peak hours) After buying tickets, you may have to line up in a separate row till your seats become available. They will call you by the number on your ticket. (mostly in numerical order)
Step 3. (Off Peak) You can walk to seats, unless staff points you to specific ones.
So far I tried
(a) Miso-Tofu (In rich Miso Ramen Soup, huge Tofu instead of noodle), this is filling itself, but I additionally ordered Rice with raw eggs. Loved this combo! Next time want to try Rice topped with pork and spring onion.
(b) Miso-Ramen-Spicy (Spicy version of the signature dish "Miso Ramen"). Noodle is thick Udon-type, and somehow there's Ramen-Jiro like richness and fillingness :D
(c) Fish & Soy sauce broth Ramen Soup taken from varieties of seasonal dried fish, very deep flavor. Thinner noodle used for this Ramen. Can't go wrong with this.

Value was really good for the portion size compared to a similar dish in Australia- though not too sure about the value compared to other ramen...
Read moreDine in | Lunch | ¥900 - 1,100 Rich miso broth, with options for ramen or tsukamen. You can choose between pork or chicken. The affordable price is due to the fact that they only give you 1 piece of pork 🐷 :(. I got the chili oil tsukamen, it had tons of peppercorn, tasty but also too salty.
Lots of seating inside to the right, counter seating and even 2 tables outside. You order from a digital ticket machine that also has English.
