Just had an amazing Wagyu experience right by Kanda Station, near Nihonbashi, and I can’t recommend it enough! The staff were super friendly and full of energy, which made the whole place feel welcoming. The vibe inside was lively and fun, but not too loud—everyone was clearly enjoying themselves.

I went for the staff’s recommendation and tried a huge plate with four different kinds of Wagyu beef. I also had some massive chunks of beef tongue and some pre-cooked Wagyu sushi. The rest I cooked myself on a hot plate, which was so much fun. The standout moment? An insanely thin, huge slice of meat that cooked in about two seconds—it was melt-in-your-mouth tender. Honestly, some of the best Wagyu I’ve ever had.

The meal came with delicious, traditional-style kimchi (not too spicy, a bit sweet) and a lovely Asahi beer. And then—dessert. Three little cubes of chocolate ice cream, finished with cocoa powder. High-quality, deep chocolatey flavor, possibly the best ice cream I’ve had in a long time.
